Bargain Carving Mallet - Osage Orange & Indian Rosewood
This carving mallet is made by Trent Powrie of Harold and Saxon Toolworks in Australia.
It is a bargain due to small repairs to the grain in the head as seen in the photographs and this will not effect the performance or life of the tool.
The head is made from Osage Orange, and the handle is made from Indian Rosewood. This mallet is capable of serious chopping, carving or morticing, and has a beautiful Ebony and brass collar.
