Plane Setting Mallet - Myall

This mallet is made from Myall and is 150 grams. It is a light weight mallet designed for setting or adjusting blades in wooden planes. A brass retaining nut holds the head onto the handle and has HNT Gordon stamped in it.

We use a head with a heavier wood to the handle to give the mallet balance.
