The HNT Gordon Front Vice is a non-racking woodworking bench vise designed to hold stock square and tight, even when clamping at the far edge of the jaw. Smooth in action and precise in use, it delivers secure holding with very little pressure from the handle.
Its finely milled aluminium shaft runs in hard-wearing nylon bushings for smooth travel and long-term reliability. The hidden thread sits within a self-cleaning shaft, protecting the moving parts from dust and shavings and helping ensure effortless performance over time.
Developed and tested in full workshop conditions over five years, the HNT Gordon Front Vice proved highly efficient in day-to-day use. With no racking to fight against, there is less need for constant readjustment and no need for excessive tightening.
It arrives complete and ready for installation, with simple mounting that requires little to no modification to most benches. Precision machined from brass and aluminium, then hand assembled and tested in-house, it is a beautifully made and dependable addition to any serious woodworking bench.

If you would prefer custom dog hole spacing, please contact us before ordering. Dog holes added after delivery should not exceed 1/2", as larger holes may compromise the jaw and void the warranty.
