Half Set - Tail Vice Dogs 1/2" shaft
These dogs are made from solid brass with a 1/2" shaft and a 3/4" square head. This set of 5 dogs includes head heights of 1mm, 1/8", 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4". Thinner head heights are ideal when working with thin timber such as veneers.
One edge of the dog head is slightly curved and angled at 2 degrees to allow it to bite into the wood being held.
These dogs will fit into your HNT Gordon Tail vice and bench dog holes.

These dogs are the perfect complement to the excellent tail vice (you might want to have two sets, a pair of each size) and also to the equally excellent front vice (if you have dog holes drilled in it). Like all of Terry’s kit, they are well designed, beautifully made and a joy to use.

Thanks for your positive review. We include a full set of 5 pairs of 1/2" shaft bench dogs with our ultimate bench hardware kit although if you're taking advantage of the front vice with dog holes, there's a case for having 10 pairs (4 of each size). Happy woodworking. Love the photo!
